And see the product of a three mile workout with out washing my make up off...

I had a particularly long day at work on Friday (well the afternoon at least)...The morning was spent meeting with the tri-coach....
anyway...

After a long day I had to get a run in so I went downstairs to the gym in my building.  I changed clothes and realized I forgot my face wash and make up remover.  I really like to wash my face before I work out.  I hate getting mascara all over my towel....weird I know...

So here's my eye ball and all my make up glory!

Cayla and I are doing an old fashioned work out together today.  We haven't worked out together in FOREVER!!!!  I"m excited; even though she will totally kick my ass!

Group ride this morning was canceled due to inclement weather here...it's been serious down pour today.
